SHIPYARD CREEK

The scope of this project entailed masterplanning and visualization of a mixed use destination in a former industrial area in North Charleston. One of the largest components and most exciting parts of the project was how to engage the water’s edge without just doing a typical boardwalk. What was envisioned was a dynamic boardwalk with several lookout areas that protrude out into the water to further engage the visitor.
